VIDEO: Residents Frantically Dump Buckets of Water Off Roof

At the corner of Henry and Union streets, residents took to the roof.

Above the newly opened on Sunday around 1 p.m., three men dutifully dumped buckets of water over the side of the building.

Hurricane (er, Tropical Storm) Irene brought a massive amounts of rain to parts of the city, and clearly these people were working hard to clean up the mess.
