Update: Afternoon Concert at Carroll Park Relocated Due to Storm Warning
All those who were planning to attend should head to PS 32 instead
Due to a heat and thunderstorm advisory, the 4 p.m. concert featuring the musical stylings of kindie rock band Astrograss originally slated to take place inside has been relocated to , The Samuel Sprole School.
Showers and thunderstorms are predicted to develop by 3 p.m. Expect increasing clouds, with temperatures maintained in the upper 80s.
The heat index is also currently at 8, which is considered "very high." Residents are encouraged to limit outdoor exposure.
