The Spread: On a day like Super Bowl Sunday, there’s no room to be dainty. Mix and match fried half chicken ($13) or baby back ribs ($24 full/$13 half rack) with sides like fingerling potato salad, cole slaw, bread & butter pickles and dill pickles and even maple & bacon roasted almonds ($10) depending upon the size of your crew. The Spread: Calling all hipsters! This artsy performance space is hosting a party called “Gridiron Grooves.” The tailgate from 5:00pm to 6:00pm will include free wings while hot jams are spun by DJ Ron P. Enjoy a half-time performance by The Cypher and food by Ginger Root catering chef Lyra Petrie, formerly of the Ginger Root Cafe.
