Everyone was in high spirits at the annual parade.
The Cobble Hill Halloween Parade, an institution in these parts, joyously made its way from Cobble Hill Park and around the neighborhood Monday afternoon. The only thing to stop the participants? Locals on stoops handing out candy, of course!
