Photo of the Day: Gowanus Street Style?
This tag was observed on the Union St. sidewalk at the edge of the canal.
In street parlance, "swag" is an abbreviation for swagger, as in "stylish or styling." We're not sure whether the graffiti tagger meant to label the canal, the sidewalk or him or herself as such, but the electric green shade is certainly evocative of a Superfund site.
