Where/When: BAM, 30 Lafayette Ave., Fort Greene; Friday at 10 a.m.

Why Go: If you're 65 and older head to BAM for a screening of "Death of a Cyclist." This event is NOT open to the general public.

Where/ When: PS 29, Henry and Kane streets; Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Why Go: Big Movies for Little Kids, in partnership with Rooftop Films, holds its second annual outdoor screening. Bring lawn chairs and blankets. The movie being screened is the original "Willy Wonka" and also being shown are audience favorites from the BMFLK student film festival.

Cost: Free!

Where/ When: The Bell House, 149 7th St., Gowanus; Friday at 8 p.m.

Why Go: Galaxie 500, a trio formed by Wareham with fellow Harvard students Damon Krukowski and Naomi Yang, embodied the reverb-drenched melancholy of 1980s college rock.

Cost: $15

Where/ When: All over the neighborhood, through June 26.

Why Go: Celebrate the neighborhood's artistic spirit over 10 days of activities and events.

Cost: Depends, check the schedule.

 

Where/ When: Meet at St. Paul's Church, Court and Congress streets; Sunday at 2 p.m.

Why Go: Join Francis Morrone, director of the Cobble Hill Association's Cobble Hill History Project, on a walking tour of Cobble Hill history and architecture.

Cost: $20 ($10 for Cobble Hill Association members)
