This uplifting and exciting concert experience celebrates an essential component of the uniquely American musical canon with works from African-American and Appalachian roots, including spirituals that often served as veiled forms of socioeconomic protest, rousing gospel favorites, and other traditional expressions of faith and hope.
This concert is to benefit the work of PACC's social service department at Gibb Mansion, a supportive housing facility for formerly homeless individuals suffering from chronic illness.
