Boerum Hill Among 'Most Walkable' Neighborhoods in NYC
Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens all in top 35 most walkable NYC neighborhoods.
New York is the most walkable large city in the country, and Carroll Gardens, Boerum Hill and Cobble Hill are among the top most walkable neighborhoods in NYC according to Walkscore.com.
The site that ranks the 'walkability' of neighborhoods across the country ranks Boerum Hill 18th in NYC with a walk score of 98, transit score of 100 and bike score of 87.
Cobble Hill comes in at No. 23 with scores of 98, 99 and 84 followed by Carroll Gardens at 33 with scores of 96, 85, 86. Red Hook ranks 121st with a walk score of 86.
