Are Sanitation Trucks Taking Advantage Of Our Streets?

The photograph pictured above was taken on Wednesday, Jan. 30, at 8 a.m. on Rensem Street between Clinton and Henry. 

"I sat behind this truck as he blocked the street for no reason at all," said the reader who sent it to Patch. "As you can see from the picture there was than enough room for him to pull over. Instead he choose to block the street. This is a pretty normal sight in the morning as you try to get to work. Sanitation is out of control."
