After Blizzard, Streets Unplowed (The BQE Ditch, too)

Pictures of the morning after.

The last blizzard of 2010 has completed it's blast through Brooklyn, leaving in its wake more than a foot of powder and snow drifts up to four feet high.

Winds still persist throughout Brooklyn, so take caution if you need to go out.

The National Weather Service's blizzard warning has expired but city services, subways and roads continue to be heavily affected by the snow.

The city encourages New York City residents to stay inside today, but if you have to travel, use mass transit and leave the roads clear for plows and emergency vehicles.
