Dancing in the Streets at Funday Sunday
A wide variety of bands played on Sunday during the eight-block Smith Street Funday Sunday festival in Carroll Gardens. Which was your favorite?
The annual Smith Street Funday Sunday took over eight block of the thoroughfare on Sunday, filling it with kiosks, food vendors, face painters, a fourth annual “Cheese Eating Contest” sponsored by and many, many bands. The BOCOCA Arts Festival brought an array of local talent to between Warren & Baltic Streets, hosted local music groups at the corner of Butler Street, and some salsa dancers were positively en fuego in front of and between Wyckoff & Warren Streets.
