Cobble Hill High School Employee Busted for Touching Student

An aide at the Baltic St. school was suspended by the DOE after being arrested.

A 34-year-old employee at the Cobble Hill School of American Studies was arrested Wednesday after he inappropriately touched a female student, cops said.

Frank Ocasio, a school aide, allegedly advanced on the 18-year-old inside the Baltic St. building and was arrested at 3:40 p.m. Cops declined to provide further details about the incident.

He was charged with forcible touching.

"Frank Ocasio has been a Community Associate since March 2011. Prior to that he was employed as school aide from 2007," said Department of Education spokeswoman Margie Feinberg

"He will be suspended without pay," she added.
